The company was founded in 2011, under the name International Water Solution (IWS). Where it started with engineering works which provided services in the sector of water resource management on the basis of BOO (Build-Own-Operate) model by focusing on recycling water facility investment and equipment installation for industrial estates. IWS worked closely together with Environmental Care Management (ECM) and International Water Management (IWM), who are experts and experienced companies in water management for over a decade.

In parallel, IWS is expanding its role as an engineering and investment consultant into the special and renewable energy sector, providing services across:

• Waste-to-Energy (WtE): Engineering support for large-scale municipal solid waste (MSW) power projects, like Bangkok Metropolitan Administration's 2×1,000 t/day MSW-to-35 MW facility.

• Biomass Pyrolysis: Technical development of biomass-to-biocoal conversion, including Napier grass pyrolysis, supporting agricultural waste valorization and clean solid fuel production.

• EV Charging Infrastructure: Engineering supervision for EV charger installation projects, from design review through commissioning.

• Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS): Engineering design, procurement supervision, and installation oversight for BESS supporting grid stability, peak shaving, and renewable integration.

• AI-Powered Energy Management: Deployment of AI-driven physical energy management systems for commercial and industrial facilities — malls and factories — to optimize consumption, reduce peak demand charges, and integrate on-site generation and storage.

 

 

Through this dual focus — advancing aviation human capital and renewable energy development with sustainability program — IWS continues its founding philosophy: identifying where critical infrastructure demand is growing fastest, and building the engineering and investment structures to meet it.
